WebSkulker included items in every issue last week about the ICQ program. Jr. Skulker Michael Cohen uses a Mac and therefore couldn't use any of those programs except ICQ itself, and the ICQ version for the Mac was way behind the PC version in its features. (This is, of course, typical of Mac software and one of the reasons WebSkulker hates Macs and recommends PC's to anyone wanting to buy a new computer.) Michael tells us that finally there is a new Mac version of ICQ that has most, perhaps all, of the features of the PC version. You can download it from the link above.
This site, the World Telephone Numbering Guide, seems at first glance to be yet another listing of the country codes and city codes around the world. But click on any country and you will be taken to a detailed page that has some history and discussion of changes going on in many of the countries. Scroll up and down for interesting reading.
