It is possible to use the regedit program to manipulate registry entries, but this is dangerous as most of the information in there had better not be changed, and in most cases jr. skulkers wouldn't know which settings are safe to change and what they do. WebSkulker has downloaded many utility programs through the years that let you tweak various registry setting in a user-friendly and fairly safe way. The free X-Setup program from Xteq is the most comprehensive of these that we have seen, and the program is written so that it can be extended easily as new registry tweaks are written.
